Collins Birthday is on September 17th, the same day as Grandma Claudia's. For his Birthday we took him and 2 friends,Stephen and Trent to lunch and to Funtasia an arcade where you can play games,drive go karts, bumper boats, play mini golf, and all sorts of fun stuff. On his actual Birthday we always have dinner at Ixtapa with Grandma Claudia and Grandpa John, yum!

First Day of school

Sept 1st was the 1st day of school,Collin started 5th grade. Man how the years have flown.We always take a picture on the first day in front of the fireplace.

Our campsite

We had a great summer it went by way too fast. We ended it by camping with some friends, Chuck, Amy and Megan in Eastern Washington Collin also brought his best bud Trent. There is great fishing there, and here is a picture of Ty's prize fish.

Our Family from Kennesaw Georgia, came to visit on Thursday April 2nd. As you can see from the picture we went to Seattle to go thru the Market, We took a ferry ride to Bremerton. We had fish and chips at Ivars on the water. it was a fun packed day. It was sunny and warm out a rare treat in April in Seattle.
We also spent a day at Snoqualmie pass, we rented snowmobiles and rode in Easton. Papa G,Dave,Ty and Elizabeth went skiing and we all met at Ixtapa in Duvall for dinner,YUM.
Their last full day in town we spent the morning poking thru the antique shops and second hand stores in Duvall.Then Dave,Elizabeth,Ty,Collin and Madison decided to hike up to Cherry Falls,Michelle's bright idea. Neither Ty or Myself had been there since we were teenagers,after wandering around in the woods for a couple of hours we ran into some ladies on horseback who told us we were way off track, they proceeded to give us some directions which we followed,sort of. The end result was 6 very tired and hungry hikers who never found the falls. We did make up some great stories,sing some funny songs,saw some beautiful sights, and got to bond that much more. David did scare the pants off of us he went ahead and jumped out of the woods, hopefully he never gets that video footage working properly............. It was a great time for all.
